| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 3, 2010, and December 22, 2010, respectively, inter alia, to direct the appellant to file a supplemental appendix and to enlarge their time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellant to file a supplemental appendix is granted to the extent that on or before March 27, 2012, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental appendix containing any affirmations filed in opposition to the motion for reargument and any relevant exhibits; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 26, 2012, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
