DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the plaintiffs in the above-captioned appeals to remove from this Court's calendar of March 5, 2012, the appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 8, 2010, and May 9, 2011 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2011-00726 and 2011-05898), November 17, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-04071), May 9, 2011 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-05899), and December 8, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-06662), and to calendar those appeals with appeals from two orders of the same court dated July 20, 2011 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-07838), and July 1, 2011 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-08186).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
