| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, to stay their obligation to pay certain "additional rent" and post an undertaking in the sum of $110,000, as a condition of a preliminary injunction enjoining all proceedings in a matter entitled Cosmic Ventures, Inc. v Mangat, pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, under Index No. 51991/12, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 26, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
