On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the two decisions and orders on motion of this Court both dated March 1, 2012, in the above-entitled matters, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated February 16, 2012, are amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Suffolk County" and substituting therefor the words "Richmond County."
