DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Alexandra Zafra to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court, entitled "In the Matter of the Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - February 2012 Calendar," dated February 3, 2012, as dismissed her appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 2, 2011, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(e) for failure to timely perfect, to reinstate her appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect that appeal, as well as her appeal from an order of the same court entered May 24, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 3, 2012, as dismissed Alexandra Zafra's appeal from the order entered February 2, 2011, is recalled and vacated; and it is further,

ORDERED that Alexandra Zafra's time to perfect her appeals from the orders entered February 2, 2011, and May 24, 2011, respectively, is enlarged until May 7, 2012, and the record on appeals and Alexandra Zafra's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
