| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 9, 2010, and September 29, 2010, respectively, to be provided with a copy of the forensic report, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, and the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on the appeals is enlarged until May 8, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with a copy of the forensic report, is denied without prejudice to making a motion in the Family Court, Nassau County, for relief from the order of that court dated September 16, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is granted.
