| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the respondent Jules Peete, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 20, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent Jules Peete, LLC, to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 5, 2012, and the brief of the respondent Jules Peete, LLC, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before April 20, 2012.
