Appellants-respondents having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from a judgment and order and an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on March 7, 2011,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Vincent J. Rossi, Jr., Esq., sworn to February 15, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Karen Khanzadian, Esq., sworn to February 16, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 9, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 29, 2012, and inserting in its place the date April 16, 2012.
