Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein from order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on November 21, 2011,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon filing and serving a new motion including, among other things, an affidavit of service of the motion indicating service upon the Wyoming County Attorney and the New York State Attorney General.
