It is hereby ORDERED that Robert M. Pusateri, Esq., Niagara County Conflict Defender, 175 Hawley Street, Lockport, New York 14094, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, Niagara County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on November 23, 2011, in place and stead of David J. Farrugia, Esq.; and said appeals may be prosecuted upon one stipulated or settled records and ten copies of appellant's briefs reproduced pursuant to CPLR 5529; and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Niagara County is hereby directed to provide Robert M. Pusateri, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based.
