Motion by the appellant Marshall Kaminer pro se on appeals from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated October 18, 2010, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to enlarge the record to include certain documents, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 18, 2012, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
