Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 12, 2010, to amend the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated May 27, 2011, June 3, 2011, September 16, 2011, December 14, 2011, and February 10, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated May 27, 2011, June 3, 2011, September 16, 2011, December 14, 2011, and February 10, 2012, are amended by deleting from the captions thereof the words "also known as," and substituting therefor the words "alleged to be."
