Regina Farage, Appellant, v Ellen Bloom, Respondent.

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 29, 2009, to consolidate the appeal with Appeal No. 2011-1186 K C, to compel the Civil Court to produce the complete file and for related relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted only to the extent of enlarging appellant's time to perfect the appeal to 30 days from the date of this decision and order, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected within 30 days of the date of this decision and order, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
