Motion by respondent on appeals from two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County, dated, respectively, December 4, 2006 and October 26, 2009, and a final judgment of the same court entered October 19, 2009, in effect, to vacate a stay provided for in a decision and order of this court dated October 19, 2011. The appeals were transferred to this court by a decision and order of the Appellate Division, Second Department, dated December 3, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay is vacated.
