DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Kristina L. Gooler from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (IDV Part), dated July 5, 2011. The appellant was granted poor person relief on December 13, 2011, and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
