ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court, dated August 19, 2011, as granted the appellant pro se leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered July 21, 2010, is recalled and vacated.
The appellant has failed to file a supplemental pro se brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
