On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated March 8, 2012, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellant Terry Kornicki pro se on appeals from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated October 18, 2010, for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to enlarge the record to include certain documents, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 18, 2012, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
