Motion by appellants for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated October 27, 2011, November 1, 2011, November 9, 2011 and November 18, 2011. Separate motion by Karina Dukach for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in support of appellants' motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motion by appellants and the motion by Karina Dukach are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by Karina Dukach is granted and the papers in support of appellant's motion are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants' motion is denied.
