Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated August 3, 2009, and October 19, 2009, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 16, 2010, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate the decision and order of this Court dated November 16, 2010, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
