| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered February 22, 2011, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 24, 2012, and an appeal from an order of the same court entered September 12, 2011, to stay her eviction from the subject premises pending submission, hearing, and determination of her motion for leave to reargue the appeal from the order entered February 22, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
