| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Gaetano Demetrio for leave to appeal to this Court from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 12, 2011, as denied that branch of his motion which was for leave to reargue.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from so much of the order as denied that branch of Gaetano Demetrio's motion which was for leave to reargue is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
