| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 15, 2011, to extend their time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 2, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before April 18, 2012, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement appendix which does not contain the material on pages 6 through 20 of the appendix on file with the Clerk of this Court and contains the motion papers submitted to the Supreme Court which resulted in the order entered March 15, 2011, and a replacement brief which only refers to the subject motion papers.
