Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue her prior motion for the assignment of counsel to defend an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 22, 2010, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 11, 2012, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
