On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 21, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated November 14, 2011, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Suffolk County," and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County".
