| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Maureen McBride, counsel assigned to represent the respondent in the County Court, Nassau County, in effect, to be relieved of the assignment to respond to an appeal by the People from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated August 26, 2011, and to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Maureen McBride, 114 Old Country Road, Suite 345, Mineola, New York 11501, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to defend the appeal:

and it is further,
