DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the nonparty-appellants, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 2, 2012, and February 6, 2012, respectively, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order dated February 6, 2012, pending hearing and determination of appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order dated February 6, 2012, is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before May 18, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before May 18, 2012, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondents may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their briefs, if any, on or before June 18, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that the nonparty-appellants shall serve and file reply briefs, if any, on or before June 28, 2012.
