| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant "to supplement the [r]ecord" on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 8, 2011, and to enlarge the time to perfect .
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to supplement the record is denied, without prejudice to making a motion in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, to resettle the order dated March 8, 2011, to reflect that opposition papers were filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 21, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
