Renewed motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2011, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 22, 2010, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]) and prior order of this Court, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall make no further motions with respect to this appeal without prior leave of the Court.
