ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated March 16, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 8, 2011, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "May 19, 2012" and substituting therefor the date "May 21, 2012."
