| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file the respondent's brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 7, 2011, and June 27, 2011, respectively, and to enlarge the time to serve and file the appellants' reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 29, 2012, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before April 16, 2012.
