The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Michael J. Normanly, Appellant.

Motion by the Dutchess County Public Defender, counsel assigned to represent appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, rendered March 18, 2010, to withdraw its brief, to be relieved, and to have other counsel substituted.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and MICHAEL METH, ESQ. located at

10 MOFFATT LANE, SUITE # 2, P.O. BOX 560, CHESTER, NEW YORK 10918 is assigned pursuant to article18-B of the County Law; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Dutchess County Public Defender shall provide new counsel with all papers; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously.
