The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Constatinos Kavvadas, Appellant.

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered March 31, 2011, to compel the court reporters to furnish transcripts of the proceedings of November 16, 2009, Hearing Part 1, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the court reporters are directed to furnish transcripts of the proceedings of November 16, 2009, Hearing Part 1, within 21 days of the date of this order, and it is further

ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected by May 17, 2012.
