The People of the State of New York, Appellant, v James Kelly, Respondent.

Appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Town of Chester, Orange County, entered December 7, 2010.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the People shall re-serve assigned counsel with a copy of the appellant's brief and file an affidavit of service with the court within 7 days of the date of this order, and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent's time within which to file a brief is hereby enlarged and respondent shall serve and file a respondent's brief within 30 days of service of appellant's brief. Appellant may, if it be so advised, file a reply brief within 7 days of service upon it of respondent's brief.
