Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matters, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 13, 2011, and May 18, 2011, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 5521[b]; Family Ct Act § 1112[a]).
