DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 19, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 2, 2012, and February 6, 2012, respectively, is amended (1) by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Queens County", and (2) by adding after the second paragraph thereof the following:

"ORDERED that on the Courts own motion the appeals in the above-entitled matters are consolidated and the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further"
