Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jacqueline M. Grasso, Esq., dated February 28, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken on behalf of Gena S. is granted, and the attorney for Gena S. shall perfect the appeals on or before May 22, 2012, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals taken on behalf of Gena S. is granted.
