Respondent-appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals she has taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 19, 2011, for an extension of time to perfect, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of David J. Pajak, Esq., dated February 16, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals taken by respondent-appellant is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeals taken by respondent-appellant be consolidated with the appeals taken on behalf of Gena S., and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted and respondent-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before May 22, 2012, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
