| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay an arbitration proceeding between the parties, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 4, 2012, and to admit pro hac vice, Gary Edward Davidson and Carlos Fernando Gonzalez, attorneys in good standing in the State of Florida, to represent it on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the arbitration proceeding is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to admit pro hac vice, Gary Edward Davidson and Carlos Fernando Gonzalez, attorneys in good standing in the State of Florida, to represent the appellant on the appeal is granted.
