Motion by Christina Brandt-Young on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 19, 2011, and January 6, 2012, respectively, for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel for the appellant, Melissa J., and to be appointed as assigned counsel for the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to appoint Christina Brandt-Young as assigned counsel for the appellant is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel for the appellant are denied as academic in light of the order on certification of this Court dated February 14, 2012.
