On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated March 23, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 14, 2011, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "April 12, 2012" and substituting therefor the date "May 14, 2012."
