| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered November 15, 2010, to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of proceedings held in the above-entitled action in January through April and June through August of 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before May 14, 2012, upon papers specifying the dates of the proceedings for which transcripts are requested and the specific issues that the appellant intends to raise in connection with those transcripts.
