The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Bonita Williams, Appellant.

Motion by the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County, counsel assigned to represent appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered July 2, 2010, to be relieved on the ground that appellant no longer wishes to prosecute the appeal. Cross motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County to be relieved is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent's cross motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
