Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated November 1, 2011.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed on the ground that subsequent to the entry of the order appealed from, a default final judgment was entered on December 29, 2011 in favor of appellant, rendering this appeal moot (see Livny v Rotella, 305 AD2d 377 [2003]).
