| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to extend the time to serve the notice of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 3, 2011, which was timely filed, on Roy Mahon, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, a nonparty.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted (see CPLR 5520[a]), the appellants time to serve the notice of appeal is extended until April 12, 2011, and on or before that date, the appellants shall serve the notice of appeal, the appellants' appendix, and the appellants' brief on the Attorney General of the State of New York, as counsel for Roy Mahon.
