Appeals by the nonpartys Orianne Z. and Darryl H., Jr., from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 2, 2012, and February 6, 2012. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of David Standel, Esq., dated March 22, 2012, it is
ORDERED that the respondent Ender M. Z. P. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals on behalf of Ender M. Z. P. :

(2) the respondent Ender M. Z. P. is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent Ender M. Z. P., and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
