On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated March 21, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 30, 2009, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "April 9, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "April 19, 2012".
