On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated March 28, 2012, in the above-entitled action is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered November 15, 2010, to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of proceedings held in the above-entitled action on January 6, 2010, January 11, 2010, January 19, 2010, February 9, 2010, February 23, 2010, March 9, 2010, March 23, 2010, March 26, 2010, April 27, 2010, April 30, 2010, June 8, 2010, July 29, 2010, and September 2, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before May 14, 2012, upon papers specifying the specific issues that the appellant intends to raise in connection with those transcripts.
