Appeal by James Mayhar and cross appeal by Jennifer Moyer from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 28, 2011. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Scott M. Brien, Esq., dated March 19, 2012, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Kevin Moyer is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(1) the respondent Kevin Moyer is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the respondent Kevin Moyer is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
