DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated December 8, 2011, and December 12, 2011, respectively, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 26, 2012, as conditioned the continuation of a temporary restraining order contained in an order to show cause of this Court dated December 30, 2011, upon the perfection of the appeals on or before March 26, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 26, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "March 26, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "May 25, 2012."
