Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 29, 2011, and to confirm that an automatic stay is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to confirm that an automatic stay is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1) is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
